Missing job numbers in Payroll

Hi ChantellePLE 

Before we offer suggestions on this, can you confirm if you're using AccountRight or MYOB Essentials and which report is missing the job numbers?  Also, are the job numbers selected in the Standard pay of the employee if using AccountRight? 

We are using Accountright.

The report is a standard Job report out of Accountright. When we look at the payroll card for the employee you can see that a job has been selected but when it is posting to the GL this job is not included?

We have updated all the employees cards in the back end to have a default job number.

Thanks for providing further details.

We are aware of this issue where if jobs are selected in the employee cards, they do not get pulled through to reports or journal entries even though they are in the payroll transaction. Our developers are working on fixing this permanently going forward, in the meantime, please re-select the job while entering the payrun in Process Payroll window and they will display properly everywhere.
