missing super payment
Ive been notified today by employees super fund that the January payment didnt go thru however it hasnt bounced back to me and says completed in MYOB. where do I go to track it

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If the payment has been deducted from your account and the status is completed the funds should be processed to the employees super funds shortly. At the moment we don't have an ETA however our teams are closely monitoring this to ensure the payments are processed as quick as possible.
