MYOB AccountRight employee card file wont open

Hi,

 

I am having issued accessing an employee's card file when I click on them it comes up with the message that something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close. I have tried accessing the file using the online version but it won't open on there either. Can you help fix this please? I don't want to make a new file as I need the history of the employee. I note in a related post that a script was used to fix the problem.

    Hi PJC 

    Can you plese try opening the card now and if it still doesn't work, please attach the diagnostic log, it can be attached via the forum.

    Hi PJC 

    Can you please attach a screenshot of the error you're getting ? If you click on the View error details, there should be a diagnostic log generated with the details.
