MYOB Shutting down while in Employee Card file

Can someone from MYOB please assist

I have to make some adjustments in the employee files and it does shutdown on me to restart

Any assistance would be appreciated - Error log attached.

 

File is online

    • Serial Number
    • Company File ID
    • Account Name (Company Name)
    • Your full name and email address

    Thank you for your response and patience. We are glad to let you know that we’d run a few background tools on our end and your account is now fixed. We recommend logging out completely before logging back in again before proceeding with adjusting your employee files/card details.
