Thanks for your post. So that I can assist with this I'll need to get some clarification on your specific situation:
- was the February payment deducted from your account twice?
- was the payment refunded?
- last FOUR digits of the serial number
- date the payment was processed

I Pay super weekly via pay Super in MYOB these amounts have been deducted from my account - but for some reason they have not been fowarded to the various super funds - the double up from feb was reimbursed
