MYOB takes 6 years for Known small issue

Question

Hi Team,&nbsp;Sorry to let you know that from July onwards we will be moving to different software, This was my post since 2019 and found similar post by someone else in 2016. I am an Accountant with bit of IT knowledge this is such a simple fix to write simple code&nbsp; "ORDER BY Description inplace of ID" in script and MYOB is taking 6 years.&nbsp;Defenately, advising all my client to migrate to XERO or Quickbook come July if they can't pull their socks up.&nbsp;&nbsp;Payslip Categories not printing in any order - MYOB Community&nbsp;MYOB this is my last attempt to be a loyal.&nbsp;Regards,Pankaj

Thank you for your response.&nbsp;Even after 6 years still you can't&nbsp; give us time frame.&nbsp; Excellent Customer service just keep collecting Subscription no service.&nbsp;Time to move on.
