MYOB Team - location

Thank you Melisa for your help.  The problem was that I was not creating under Administrator, this has now been rectifiied.

Thank you for your post. To troubleshoot, can you please close down AccountRight and clear the AccountRight cache. Once cleared please attempt to create the new location. Does it now work ?

Thank you Melisa, I have cleared the cache, which has allowed me to add a location.  However, I can't add any more locations or employees.  I have only added three employees, but need to add more, as none of the three selected employees are approving managers and I can't see any others to add.  Please advise

Glad to hear that worked. Can you please confirm if you get any error messages when attempting to add additional locations ? If possible can you please provide a screenshot of your window.

There is no error message, nor is there any way of adding another location.
