MYOB team - timesheet hours not saving

Hi,

 

Can you please help wiht a teams timesheet issue?

 

We started using the app about six weeks or so ago with success. Then, two weeks ago, the app has stopped working for all employees. It is not saving their hours or allowing them to enter them in the first place and they can no longer see their pay slips.
