Myob Team access

Dear All,

 

i have been trying to get Myob Team access to one of our client’s employees,

all the below boxes were ticked.

  •  updated to latest IOS 
  •  Deleted and re0instolle the app
  •  Deactivate the employee and activate again

 

 yet he is getting an error massage saying 'A Problem occurred attempting to load Myob team. Please try again later'

Any help to resolve this would be highly appreciated.

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot along with the error message.
    Upon investigation, the reason for the occurrence of this error message is as follows:

    • No password was entered, or the entered password was incorrect.
    • The employee was assigned as an approving manager under MYOB Team >> Locations.


    You may try the resolution or workaround below:

    1. Enter the correct email address and password before clicking "Sign in".
    2. The employee who logs into the MYOB Team app should be removed from their role as an approving manager.
