Upon investigation, the reason for the occurrence of this error message is as follows:
- No password was entered, or the entered password was incorrect.
- The employee was assigned as an approving manager under MYOB Team >> Locations.
You may try the resolution or workaround below:
- Enter the correct email address and password before clicking "Sign in".
- The employee who logs into the MYOB Team app should be removed from their role as an approving manager.
