MYOB Team Adding Employees

Hi, I am facing issues in the Account Right Plus Myob team adding the employees. I have approved adding six employees successfully, but I am also trying to add a few more employees again now but the system MYOB team portal is not updating with the new employees. 

 

I have cross-checked the employee email id is correct, hourly basis and standard pay hours 0. But still, it's not updating please look into the issue and let us know the solution?

    I am also having the same issue.  It seems MYOB have no idea how to fix it.  I'm still waiting for a  follow up reply.

    Welcome to the Community Forum.

    Can you please give some more details about what is happening, are you adding them directly through the teams app, have you set up the employee cards within AccountRight first?

    From this Help Article on getting started with MYOB Team app can you please let me know are you having issues with adding the employees at the 2nd step or the 5th?
