Thank you for sending the screenshot. I understand that you are experiencing issues with MYOB Team app. In this matter, when setting up MYOB Team, ensure that you have the following set up in your file;
- Your user role needs to be Administrator. If you go to setup >> User Access, please check that your role is administrator but the Username is not the Administrator. If it is, you will need to create a new user ID with your my.myob login.
- In Setup >> Company information, the email address used needs to be the same as the administrator email to be used in the sign up process for MYOB Team (which would be your email address).
- Additionally, please make sure that in Setup >> Preferences, "I use Timesheets with 'Payroll' or 'Time Billing and Payroll' selected.
If the employees logged in to the MYOB Team App and unable to access on pay slip or unable to access to the MYOB Team App, we highly recommend uninstalling and re-installing the application and then trying to log back in. If it still does not work that way, you can also check their email address entered through the MYOB team admin portal. Once you log in, go to Employees >> Check if they have updated the email address.
