MYOB team app failure

Question

Dear MYOB support&nbsp;I have to approve timesheet from MYOB team app as this is the option where the job code will be posted and sync to MYOB account right for payroll.&nbsp; The MYOB team web version does not have the ability to sync the job code to payroll.&nbsp;However, I have not been able to login to MYOB team app with the attached message.&nbsp; Even if I can login, the phone screen just keep spinning when I try to approve timesheet from my MYOB team app.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I previously raised this issue before with MYOB support team but they have not provided a solution.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. I'd recommend checking the admin portal to see if you have been correctly assigned to a location, as if they aren't assigned to a location you won't be able to log in to the app.&nbsp;

If that does not resolve the issue, could you reply with a screenshot of the location page and the last 4 digits of your serial number?

Hi Samara&nbsp;The last 4 digit our our serial numbers are 3079.I attached a screen shot of the location which we have been using since February 2021.

Thanks for replying. I may have not been clear, I was actually looking for the Location page, so if you click on the Location where you can see the list of employees assigned to that location and the Time capture type.

If you could send a screenshot of that window as well please.

Thank you for checking that. It looks like it is set up correctly. Can I also get you to check if your email on your employee card (On AccountRight) is:
1. the same email address you have tried to use to log in?
2. Not been updated since you started using the Team app?
&nbsp;
If that has been changed - please remove yourself from the employee list, then invite and accept your invitation again to force it to refresh the information.
&nbsp;
If nothing has been changed - can you please uninstall then reinstall the app on your device.&nbsp;&nbsp;
&nbsp;
