Hi hmhospitality,
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the MYOB Team app. This can often fix any underlying issues with notifications. Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version. If not, update it and test again.

Tried that as well. The notifications have stop for everyone in the company.

Please try to clear the app cache as well. If it's still not working, try to delete location and reinvite. If the issue persists, please reach out to our live chat agents through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount to resolve this efficiently.

This issue still persist for us. Tried different browsers, deleted cache, reinstalled app, create new location. However cannot get alert in myob team app for rosters

Hi, wondering if there is a solution to this problem yet? We have recently transitioned to MYOB team and so far it's causing grief that these notifications are not being sent?
