MYOB Team App

Hi I'm testing the MYOB Team app and while the 'Payroll category", "Notes" and hours are flowing through from the Team App to process payroll, the "Activity", "Job" and "Customer" details entered are not.  Sample attacted.

Activity, client name and job numbers all available and selected in the Team app and Timesheet preference selected for time billing and payroll.  Confident App set up correctly ie location, stafff and approving manager added.

 

Any help appreciated.

    Welcome to the Community Forum and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. This is something that has been raised with our product teams, the cause of this is due to activity and Jobs not supported when submitted from mobile app.

     

    The developers are working on a fix, they have advised that employees only submit timesheets without activity and jobs within the mobile app.
