MYOB Team App

Is anyone else having problems with the MYOB Team App?

 

I have all but one employee setup and for some reason i keep getting an error message. I've even tried logging in as him with his login details to no avail.

 

It's super frustrating as we've been trying for a couple of months now. Last time I've tried in August they had issues with the app. Now we've tried again and it keeps coming up "A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later" yep not working later either.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work.

 

I'm so over this now. This employee keeps submitting his timesheet late and it doubles my work. Everytime I call him out for not using MYOB Team it keeps coming back to the App. He's really tried numerous times and so have I. What is going on?

    I am sorry for the inconvenience experienced. In this matter, could you please try removing the employee from the location and then re-invite again? or you can also ask the employee to reset the password.
