Myob Team not showing any employees

In the myob team set up process when I go over to the web version that says welcome to myob team, getting started, no.2 is add your employees, there are no employees coming up to add?

 

I called myob twice was on hold both times for over 2 hours and wasn't able to get any help and funnily enough the line was disconnected.  

 

I really need some help with this as I'm unable to use it if I cannot see any of our employees.  i don't want to wait a further 2 hours to go over this again for a third time.

    Sorry to hear about your experience. If no employees are appearing in the list can you please check your employees email address and pay details are entered correctly, our help article Getting started with MYOB Team under step 1 check your company file setup heading Check your employees email addresses and pay details has the information on what needs to be entered before using MYOB Team. 

     

    Do let me know how you go with this.

    Thank you for your reply.

     

    I followed all the steps in the getting started with myob team so feel I have it setup correctly.  I was just going to trial it on one employee.  What would be helpful is if someone from myob who is knowledgeable regarding this function could team viewer onto my desktop to make sure everything is correct and to see what it is doing or rather not doing?

     

    I had checked what you said twice before whilst on the phone with a myob consultant and the people I had trying to help really didn't know how to other than to tell me to check those things.

    Hi KerryH1

     

    If you have checked that the right details have been entered the employee should appear in that window. If it doesn't work with the employee you test, please send me a private message with screenshots of the employees card file set up and a screenshot of the MYOB Team admin portal which shows that the employee isn't listed.
