MYOB Team user set up

Hi there,

We have just started using MYOB Team and our staff have received their invitations from MYOB.  I have one staff member who has downloaded the app and started to confirm her details, but for some reason can't get past the superannuation part.  The section comes up red with a number 3 in it.  The employee's super details are already in MYOB Accountright, but the app won't let her proceed to the next step.  How can we get her past this section?

Please help.  Thank you.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If the employee is still having issues with this can you please get them to sign out and sign back out of the app, if the same message appears can you please provide me a screenshot of the super details set up in the card file and the error message the employee gets when trying to access MYOB Team.
