Can you please let me know why, when entering a leave request the hours are automatically showing as 7.36h (for 1 x day).
Is there a way to manually alter this to show 7.6 hours?
Can the leave request also show as part of their time sheet instead of having to approve first in the leave management tab?

Thank you for your post.
The leave request would show as 7.36 if you pay your employees 38 hours per week.
The calculation the software is using is; 5 day week divided by 38 hours which works out to 7 hours and 36 minutes per day.
After it is approved and you are using the timesheet to autofill the hours for the pay run, you can overwrite the hours if needed.
I have passed on your suggestion of easier workflow of not needing to approve leave before entering timesheets to the team for future consideration in product enhancement.
