MYOB teams app for leave management

Hi,

 

We use accountright and want to use MYOB teams app for leave management and accessing payslips only.  Our staff don't use timesheets. 

 

When I try to set up MYOB team

    Hi Mojo1,

     

    Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the delayed response.

     

    You can certainly set up the MYOB Teams app for leave management and accessing pay slips without using timesheets. For detailed instructions, please refer to this Help article, Getting Started with the MYOB Team. During the setup, you will be prompted to select the time capture type. Even if your staff don't use timesheets, it's necessary to choose a time capture type. If timesheets won't be used, you can simply unapproved any default timesheets that might be generated. Additionally, ensure that in the Set up >> Preferences section, the "I use timesheets" option is unchecked to avoid any errors.

    Hi Princess_R,

     

    Thanks for your reply. I have set up MYOB team and testing it with an employee.

     

    01. I can''t see "Long Service Leave" as a reason for leave in the list. I madesure that Long Serice Leave has been linked to the employee card but still not appearing under the reasons. What could be the issue?

     

    02. My employee couldn't change the her Tax details and Super details via the app. These two options have been greyed out. Only option that she could edit was her personal details. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this too?

    Thank you for your response.

     

    For the first issue regarding the "Long Service Leave" not appearing under the leave reasons, could you please provide a screenshot of the settings where you have linked the Long Service Leave to the employee card payroll details? This will help us better understand the situation and provide a more accurate solution. (Please remove any sensitive information before posting it to the forum.)

     

    As for the second issue where your employee is unable to change her tax and super details via the app, let's try some basic troubleshooting steps. Please ask your employee to uninstall and reinstall the app. After that, try to create a new location, invite the impacted employee, and attempt to check and see if the issue persists.

     

    Please let me know the results of these steps so I can assist you further.
