MYOB Teams Error

Hi 

 

I still have not received a response from my previous message about the attached errors coming up on MYOB Teams. I have noticed that other users in the MYOB community are experiencing the same problem. Can you please advise if there is a solution to these errors or do the staff just have to keep trying to submit the hours at a later date.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

     

    Can I please confirm if you've done the following steps to troubleshoot MYOB Team app:

    • uninstall and re- install the app
    • delete employees/ locations and re- invite
    • check the mobile app time zone if it's the same with the created location in MYOB team 

    If it doesn't work after troubleshooting, please do let me know and I will take a look and investigate on this.
