MYOB TEAMS GEO STATUS

Good Afternoon,

 

We are having some staff clocks showing as OFF.

 

We understand that OUT OF PERMITER means that they are off site but what does OFF mean?

    Hi QVS 

    If those users are using iPhone, we are aware of an issue that the Geostatus shows as Off, this is under investigation with the development team and we'll post an update once it gets resolved.
