MYOB Teams not working

Hi 

 

I am looking at using MYOB teams for staff timesheets. We want to be able to have multiple jobs, activites & customers in one day.

While testing I am using the app to book activity/timesheet (three different things in one day) but when I go into MYOB TEAMS to approve only one is showing??

Also, once approved none of the information regarding customer, activity or job are feeding through to the timesheet in MYOB.

Is there something I'm doing wrong or is MYOB TEAMS not able to do what I'm wanting?

  • Hi, I'm having the same issue with the activity & job info not transferring to the timesheet in MYOB.

    Hi mnicole and JAC9905 

     

    It might not necessarily be the app. Can you check on your employees card, under the wage category if you have the same job against their standard pay?

     

    If that is the case, there is an issue where it doesn't come through to the timesheet. Removing it from the standard pay and only entering it in the timesheet/team app should fix the issue.
