myob teams

Having an issue with setting up MYOB teams we have a subscription to Business, not sure if Teams is available with this level?  Have spent two hours on the phone this morning being sent to different areas, I was next in queue  when call dropped out. Tried again and much longer wait than before.   Can someone advise if we need to go up a level in subscription for Teams?

    If you're having troubles setting up, can you please provide screenshots of the window.
