New Superannuation Rules and Under 18 staff

Hi, with new super rules starting on 1 July 2022 - my question is relating to staff under the age of 18 who work more than 30 hours per week? 

 

At the moment our Super Category is set up for super to be calculated when over $450.  With this being removed now and Under 18's having to work 30 hours or more per week to be entitled to super, will there be functionality to set this up in Payroll Categories?

    Hi Popi 

     

    Thanks for your post. As there hasn't been any change to the requirement for Under 18s to work more than 30 hours per week to be eligible for super, you will still need to manually check the hours worked and super calculation.
