Have just processed payroll twice and it is not recording, is there an issue?

Can you please send me your product serial number and company file name by Private Message, and I will run the scripts to fix this issue.
No error message just not recording the payroll
When it runs through to record it comes up with $0 as the payroll and hence I cannot pay the staff
I think I need a script run on my file, I have identified where I think the issue is, but need to get this done.
Can someone please make contact?
