Pay Item not showing up in STP

Hi

I have processed final pay and went to do EOY 

I noted one pay item did not go through to STP report for any employee wiht this pay item

I reviewed the ATO category and ensured it was assigned

I have processed a $0 pay rund and that is not pulling through

I have processed a $0.01 against that category to try and ensure that it will then pull it through it still has not happended

all payroll reports have been lodged and accepted

I am running out of options as all the normal tricks and tips to make this happen do not appear to be working
