Pay Super error

Hi, I am trying to change over to Pay Super however once I have agreed to the new terms I receive an error message saying "We are sorry something went wrong."  Could you let me know how to fix this please.

    Thanks for your post. I'd recommend checking that you're signing in with the owner email address of the account to accept these new terms and conditions. 

     

    If this doesn't work, please provide a screenshot of the error you get so we can take a look into this further for you.

    Hi Melisa, yes I am logged in as the owner of the file.

    Hi Jedwa

     

    Can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can take a look into this for you:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address used to sign 
    • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
