Pay Super not working

I'm having the same issue.

I can't authorise my super payment either, keeps telling me the service is unavailable.

I'm having the same issue, please advise how I can fix it

We are experiencing an issue with Pay Super not working. I see from the Forum, that users were having issues with this in August. Has this been rectified and if so, how do I fix our Pay Super?

We were aware of users receiving an error when trying to process super payments from the 6/10/2022 to 11/10/2022. This has now been resolved so you should be able to process those payments now. 

If you continue to have problems please start a new post with detailed information so that we can assist further.

We cannot even get to create our account for superannuation. Can you please help us here guys? It's being a while since we are waiting for a solution team.
