Pay Super Settings - Add Authoriser

When I click Pay Super Settings to add an authorised user & click Edit Details & enter SMS code, the following error message appears: We're sorry, but something went wrong. This has been happening for a number of days & I am unable to get in to add an authorised user.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please provide a screenshot of the error message you get in the window you're in so we can take a look into this.

    Unfortunately the attachment is not working, are you able to re attach the screenshot.
