Pay Super Update
We have had numerous email conversations with MYOB in regards to removing the pop-ups when we try to access the "Pay Super and Manage Payments" links. We do no agree to these terms and conditions so therefore will not be ticking the boxes. MYOB advised us that it would be removed so that we can continue as usual. This has not been done and so now we are unable to process our super for the staff. As this is a matter of compliance we can't seem to get this matter addressed. Yesterday I spent nearly 3 hrs on the phone trying to get someone to fix this to only have the phone line drop out and they didn't ring me back.
I was advised that we have to just agree to the terms and MYOB won't automatically debit our account. We all know that this is not true as they have demonstrated that just recently when they debited our accounts after we had already paid the super.
We need a solution to this and quick, as we won't be able to process our super due to being locked out of this process without agreeing to something that we fervently DO NO AGREE TO. HELP....please
