Pay Superannuation

Hi

 

I am attempting to record a super payment and receive the message "Superfund details entered for employee are invalid".

 

I have made several super payments for this employee in the past.

 

Should I contact the employee to confirm super details?

    We did have some issues with this fund, but it has been added to the list again. Please restart your software and you should be able to make payments for this fund.
