Hi there - I have 8 company files - 3 are in the cloud - all of which are paid as extra subscriptions (including the one in the cloud that is allowed with the subscription) - I also run 5 desktop files 3 of which have connected fine for STP connection to ATO. One file (which can lodge quarterly STP) I am trying to setup in readiness for the quarterly reporting and for some reason a MYOB message appears (screen shot attached). Please advise.

Hi Maxine - the first time I was looking in the payroll employee card to check on details - closed out of there and went to the check payroll reporting and got the error message. Thought it was a glitch - so logged out and rebooted MYOB and tried again - same thing. Repeated the above 4 more times.

If you can give me the last 4 digits of the serial number of the company file (Setup>>Company Information).

Company File ID.

confirm the file is online or offline.

last 4 digits of serial no: 4073
company file ID: 10
This is worked on the desktop - not in the cloud.
I went through the compnayies I had with MYOB Person over the phone when I upgraded to include payroll and there were a couple of old company files which were deleted at that time so that I had room for the ones I run currently on desktop and then extra subscriptions for the extra cloud companies.
