Payroll Crashing in Accountright

HI - since I updated to the single sign on I can't process payroll in Accountright - only in the web version.  Will this be resolved soon?

    Hi all, 

    Regarding the 'something went wrong' error message with payroll. We are investigating this with the incident management team and will get this posted up on our status page asap.

    In the meantime, payroll processing via the browser does not seem to be affected

    Another option that some customers have found works in desktop is to retry the payroll in smaller batches, this error may be linked to processing payroll for large batches (~100 employees)

    HI Mike,

     

    I was processing with 10 employees.  Also - can't actually even get in to process a new payroll.  It just crashes when you press the button to pay employees.
