Payroll error
We are having been alerted by a couple of staff members around an error in their pays.
Despite having the correct rate in their card, an incorrect rate is happening when processing pays.
From what we can see this has only been happening over the last 3 pay period.
This could be a potential problem with underpayments of staff.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
