This weeks payroll end up with unfamiliar screens and the payroll run will not complete

Thank you for your post. This error needs to be raised with our Data File Repair team in order to investigate further and repair if required.
Can you please send me the following through Private Message:
- Serial number (or client ID)
- Account name
- Primary contact name
- Confirm if the file is kept online or locally
