Hi Guys, I am having an issue with my payroll this month.
The server was extremely slow and my browser crashed after initiating a new payrun. After logging back in and starting a new pay run, I have ended up with an invisible pay run.
Individual pay slips and employee pays look correct, but the total and the reported amount appears to be double.
How can I fix this?
Looking at your screenshot, if you were to click on the 'Print Pay Slips' tab, do any more employees appear there?
No, nothing appears in the "Print Payslips" tab..
Note, the STP also shows the 6 employees (instead of 3) and the wrong amount (double what it should be)
