Trying to view previous years holiday entitlements. I have restored a relative payroll rollover file (not online) seeking details for the 21/22 year but when I open the file it only reveals the 23 and 24 reports. When I check the P&L's reports the previous years come up. It doesn't seem logical that the P&L are OK but the payroll entitlement are not. Any clues how to view entitlements in previous years?

A MYOB file has both a financial year and a payroll year. Payroll reports depend on the current payroll year, not the current financial year.
You need to find a backup taken with the file was in the 2023 payroll year, this would allow you to access the 2022 payroll year.
The payroll year changes the moment you process your first payroll in July.
If you can't find the correct backup file to use, or are unable to get the info you need any other way, send your current file or a recent backup to a company called FGH Tables. They should be able to extract what you need. There would be a fee for their service.
