Payroll Reporting Centre EOFY All except one of my employees have been finalised

Question

I have been able to finalise the payroll for all except one of my employees

I have reconciled my payroll and checked the individual details for the one who won't finalise

She is a continuing employee with no bonuses

She has reportable fringe benefits like many others who have finalised

Everything matches but she can't be finalised
