Payroll timing out

For the last few weeks, my payroll is timing out at the point it should be bringing up the STP reporting pop up.   I tried extending the timeout option but I am using Windows 11 & it appears different to the help topic so not sure if this is done correctly. 

I run two different payrolls on a Monday, one for salaried staff (8 employees) which is fine but the one for staff paid by the hour crashes everytime.  Diagnostic file attached - thanks
