Thank you for your post, however, sorry to no one has responded to you.

In case you were still needing assistance with this, the workaround would be to create a new pay run and start again. 

This error is generally caused by the pay run being started, then saved & Closed, and then a user has edited something (e.g. a timesheet or adding a pay item to an employee) before resuming the saved pay run.

Alternatively, if the pay includes a Lump Sum E pay item, the pay items are below a total of $1,200.
