PaySlips - default form can not be found error message

I have just processed our weekly pays and found that I could not email payslips to employees.

An error message has popped up , please see attached.

Assistance required!!!

    Thank you for your post.

     

    This error message is generally resolved by confirming the file. Can you please try confirming your company file by going to Help--> Confirm Company file and check if you are then able to email the payslips. 

     

    Please let us know how you go with that.

    I have managed to correct his myself by simply logging out and loggin back in again.

    I am having this exact same issue - I also tried confirming the company file and it didn't correct the issue either. Can you please assist?
