PAYSLIPS NOT SHOWING IN "TO BE PRINTED" TO ENABLE ME TO PRINT

Good Morning,

We selected to Print Payslips in MYOB Accountright however it was "Cancelled" in MYOB prior to printing starting.

When we have gone in to reprint these payslips, they are not appearing in the window for "unprinted or unsent" or when this is deselected.  It is like the payslips have disappeared from printing at all??

If I move to the "email" tab, they appear when the "unprinted or unsent" is deselected.  We did successfully email the payslips. 

Can anybody help please with any options on how to find these "unprinted" payslips?

I have double checked and previous pay periods come up ... it is just an issue with this particular payment date.
