The payment status update only when the Super Payments page is viewed by a Pay Super Administrator or Authoriser. Can you check that the email address you are logged in as is either of those.
If it is still not showing as completed, can you send me a Private Message with the following and I can investigate further:
- Serial Number
- Account Name
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Screenshot
