Processing super - super payment has left the bank but status hasn't changed

Hi 

 

Payments for super were processed on 18/01/2022, 03/03/2022, 20/04/2022. 

 

For all three payments, the funds have left the bank account and no payments have bounced back. 

 

Payment processed on the 18/01 - status - funds requested 

 

Payments processed on the 03/03 and the 20/04 - status -  processing payment 

 

Could you please review and confirm why the status hasn't been updated.

    Hi Marina9 

     

    The payment status update only when the Super Payments page is viewed by a Pay Super Administrator or Authoriser. Can you check that the email address you are logged in as is either of those. 

     

    If it is still not showing as completed, can you send me a Private Message with the following and I can investigate further:

    • Serial Number
    • Account Name
    • First and Last Name 
    • Email Address
    • Screenshot
