Re: Employee Card Error

Hi Steven

 

I am having a similar issue with one of my employee cards, I cannot access his file, change his information or enter timesheets.

 

I am running the desktop version of AccountRight Plus AU 2021.7.0

    Unfortunately no it is not an online file.

    In that case, the file will need to be sent for repair. Please send me the above-mentioned details by Private Message if you're happy for me to arrange that.
