Re: Job numbers in payroll

Question

I was told that the job number glitch in payroll was being worked on and this was about 2 or 3 months ago. I just did a pay run without going through the timesheets and the job numbers are still not pulling through.

Can you advise as to when this is going to be fixed?

Sorry for the delay in our response. Are you referring to the job number that is assigned to the employees standard pay window within their card file? If so, our teams are still investigating this, at the moment we don't have any further updates on this.&nbsp;
