Record Superannuation Reversal

MYOB AccountRight.

We processed and paid super on the 10th February, 2022.  This payment has appeard back into our bank on the 21st February, 2022.  I was advised to reverse the original record.  I have dated this the same date that the payment appeared back into our account.  When I hit record reversal the systems puts red crosses against every entry and will not reverse.

    • serial number
    • screenshot of the manage payments window
    • click anywhere in the line that contains the error icon. Additional error icons will show what needs attention – hover your mouse over these for more details
