Report for employee payroll wages expense acct
Hi I require a report that shows the gross payment & what wage expenses account has been used for a particular employee.
I havent been able to see one.
A client wants to change the employee from one account to another as they have 2 trading names within the business and report their expenses seperatley.
Please advise if there is away to do this.

Hi Graeme, I was after a report. I know how to allocate wage expense etc, however as mention this client has 2 business with a wage expense for each and I needed to do a adjusting journal to put all the gross wage to the correct business wage expenses for a particular employee from which the client had made mistakes in the setup for the employee.
In the end I had to manually go through each wage transaction for the employee and manually calculate the amount that I needed for the adjusting journal to the correct business wage expense acct.
