RESC in STP 1

I have a client with two employees receiving RESC, processed as $0 pay run, ATO Assigned as Reportable Employer Super Contributions (RESC).  When running the EOY YTD Verification report for Finalisation, the RESC is not identified at all.  I have checked the STP lodgements for the day they were processed and RESC is identified, but not taken off the Gross Payments in the ATO reporting Category section.  What am I doing wrong?
