Reverse Pay super

I recorded a pay super and other payments came out of the bank at the same time so it bounced back.  I have tried to reverse the pay super through the edit menu as per help, however, it just does not work.  It comes up with red crosses next to each transaction, I am not sure if that means anything?  

As I was not working on that file for a few days I did not realise and have now missed the super cut off date.
