SGC not calculating for 1 employee

Question

Since the last update each time I do a payrun for an employee that we've had for 5 years, the SGC does not automatically generate. I have not changed any settings and have not manually entered the amount. The other staff super are being calculated correctly.

Have checked all settings on his employee card and checked all settings in payroll categories.

Why is this not calculating for this 1 employee? As I said it's only happened since the last update and only for 1 employee.

Thanks for your post. Can you do a dummy pay run in September and check if super calculates correctly. If it does, it indicates that an adjustment has been made which is affecting super calculations. Run the Payroll activity detail report for that employee and check that the super amount is 10.5% of OTEs.

If it doesn't, please send screenshots of the following:
&nbsp;

super payroll category set up
super payroll category exempt window
dummy pay run

Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the public Forum.

Tried the dummy pay run in Sept and it did not work.

Have attached super payroll category setup and exempt window and dummy pay run

As I said, this only affects 1 of our long standing employees. Nothing has changed except for the upgrade to the latest MYOB version.

Thanks for those screenshots. There's nothing standing out that would stop super calculating. Can you also send me the Payroll activity detail and Register detail reports for that employee dated from 1 Sept to 30 Sept. And the employee card&gt;&gt;Payroll details tab&gt;&gt;Personal details. You can send me those screenshots by private message.

Hi Tracey,&nbsp;&nbsp;Did you get these issues resolved with MCorp?&nbsp;I seem to be running into the same issues where there is 1 employee for whom super is calculating at 10% only even though it is set to automatically pay the minimum and it was fine at the start of the financial year.&nbsp;Have only noticed these issues in the last 3 weeks or so.&nbsp;&nbsp;Cheers,&nbsp;&nbsp;Kimberley&nbsp;
